Consistent with GitReport queue pattern, but different DB from ADW (Redis).

Zero infrastructure, convention-driven, matches .adw-*.json pattern.

C. Frontmatter in vault .md

Vault-native, Obsidian-queryable, but mixes source data with tracking state.

Trigger Model

How is "handoff-ready" determined? (HITL constraint: CSA must NOT auto-trigger ADW)

A. Manual

Agent explicitly writes manifest when satisfied. Risk: easy to forget.

B. Automated

/csa-pipeline always writes and promotes. Violates HITL constraint.

Recommended

C. Semi-automated (HITL)

/csa-pipeline writes draft; user explicitly promotes to ready. Three patterns: in-session, deferred, pre-authorized.

Quality Gate Strictness

Does the quality gate block ADW intake or merely advise?

A. Hard gate

Prevents bad specs from reaching ADW. Risk: over-blocks valid simple specs.

B. Soft gate

Flags issues but allows proceed. Risk: bad specs waste ADW time.

C. Tiered

Hard block on critical (no spec), soft warn on advisory (missing diagrams). Matches safety_gate.py pattern.

ADW Allowlist Extension

Should CSA-sourced handoffs auto-add repos to the ADW allowlist?

A. Auto-add

Zero friction. Risk: untested repos get ADW access.

B. Manual only

Full control, current approach. Recommended for v1.

Agent proposes, user confirms. Best for v2.

Where do monitoring computations run?
