Discovery walk-through · 2026-05-14
A walk-through of what we see and the questions we'd like to ask. Path of least resistance from where the team is today to where the wins compound.
Section 1
Two businesses in our focus, plus context that stays in the background. We're here to make sure we have the shape right before we narrow.
Cohort home on Kajabi. 12 videos / 10 days. Founding-member tier. Instagram Broadcast Channel as the daily accountability surface. The order-bump is $17 Micro-Routine Flash Cards. Helen's highest-margin product.
The perpetual funnel that brings people into Sessions and into brand partnerships. ShopMy curator. Wellness conversations hub. Brand partnership flow that touches every member of the team.
Helen is CVO. Not part of what we are scoping together. Mentioned here once so the scope is unambiguous.
Two businesses in this engagement. The Bomb Co. is biographical context only.
Section 2
This is our outside-in read of how a Sessions participant moves through the 10-Day Reset. Two places we'd like to ask about — the moments after Day 10.
Discovery → Checkout → Onboarding → Day 1-10 → Founding Member Zoom → Completion → two open questions on what happens next.
Section 3 · The keystone
If Sessions is the bet for the next 90 days, the path of least resistance is to let the wins your community is already creating compound into the content that brings the next cohort in. You are not generating more content. You are getting out of the way of the wins that already exist.
A cohort win in IG Broadcast → surfaced to a small Notion "Wins" board → drafted in your voice → one-emoji approve from you → posted by the team → discovered by the next person. Momentum compounds.
This is not about replacing anyone on the team. It is about removing the friction between a win that is already happening in your Broadcast Channel and the moment it becomes a piece of content that brings the next person into the Reset.
Section 4
A discipline we hold: name what stays human before we name what changes. Because Helen's voice, Karina's eye, Faith's judgement, Briana and Pia's posting craft — these are not the friction. The friction is the small handoffs between them.
Section 5
You are already running on Slack (95% of how the team talks), Notion (where things become real and stay real), and Claude (the team's thinking partner). The shape that scales is: Notion holds what is true. Slack is where things happen. Claude is the bridge between them. Nothing replaces what works.
Notion stays the source of truth. Slack stays the action surface. Claude reads from one, writes to the other.
Section 6
The Sessions arc is already designed beautifully. The places we'd like to ask about are the touchpoints between the daily videos and the IG Broadcast Channel — where the small nudges live, where drop-off is recoverable, where completion turns into a story the next cohort can find.
Days 1–10 of the Reset with the touchpoints that already exist — and the moments where wins want to compound.
The brand partnership flow is the densest workstream we see on the creator-hub side. It touches every member of the team in sequence. We've drawn it here in case it is closer to where your attention sits this quarter. We'd ask about this in Question 1.
Inbound pitch → Karina triages → Faith vets if needed → SMC drafts brief → Helen one-emoji approves → SMC posts → John invoices when content is live.
Section 7
These are not decisions. They are the six questions we believe will tell us which one workflow is worth a three-week build with a clear hours-saved metric. Each one has a hypothesis we'd like to test with you, but the hypothesis is ours — please correct it freely.
Walk through the questions with us live. Each one has the recommended hypothesis softly highlighted. Free-text notes everywhere — extend, correct, redirect.
