Amy — Four decisions to finalize the tier migration. Your input determines what gets classified as Certified, whether any products get exceptions, and how FLY is handled. Takes ~3 minutes.
Decision A
Certified Tier Products
Which products qualify for the highest access tier? Certified users see everything. Currently confirmed: HHP Portal + HHE Educator Cert.
Which products should be classified as Certified tier?
This determines what content is gated behind certification ownership. Products not listed here become Student tier (accessible to any paid user).
Decision B
Student Tier Exceptions
Under the new model, all paid products become Student tier by default. Should any paid products be treated differently?
Any paid products that should NOT follow the “all paid = Student” rule?
Exceptions add complexity back into the system. The simplest model resolves all 3 existing access bugs automatically.
Decision C
FLY (Neuro Wellness) Tier
Lamonte's FLY product currently has 30 free members. Should it stay free (Member tier) or require payment (Student tier)?
Should FLY (Neuro Wellness) stay free or become a paid product?
30 members are currently enrolled at no cost. Changing to Student tier would require them to purchase to maintain access.
Decision D
Segment Boosts
Four segments currently boost content relevance within tiers. These are orthogonal to access — they affect ranking, not gating.
Keep the 4 segment boosts within Student tier?
Segments: aoscan (1.15x), coach (1.15x), educator (1.15x), practitioner (1.20x). They boost relevance of related content when a user has that segment.
