1 · Day-1 wedge confirmation

Of the seven wedges in the briefing, which is the right 3-week Day-1 prototype? The hypothesis is W1 because it touches all eight team members in sequence — densest workflow surface in the org.

2 · Brand-voice anchor

Whose voice does the foundation Skill anchor to, and how do we audit drift? Hypothesis: a single Helen-voice spans both businesses, with Faith vetting wellness-claim posts and Karina governing.

3 · Tooling baseline (multi-select)

Which surfaces does the team already run today? Check all that apply. This determines what we install in P0 before any prototype begins. The desktop / connector prerequisite is real — Web Claude alone cannot run the pattern.

4 · Two-SMC split logic (Briana ↔ Pia)

How is the SMC role split between Briana and Pia today? This affects how we route the brand-deal triage and the Sessions cohort content drafts.

5 · Scheduling / distribution layer

The convergent corpus over-concentrates on a single vendor; we keep this layer pluggable. Karina chooses. We specify the interface, not the vendor.

6 · Success metric for the 3-week prototype

What number do we move? The hypothesis is hours-saved on the brand-deal pitch flow — the densest workflow surface, easiest baseline to measure. Subsequent options align to the other wedges if Decision 1 lands elsewhere.

7 · Highest-leverage existing asset

When the source-leverage engine runs in P2, which existing asset is the priority input? The hypothesis is the Sessions 12-video curriculum — largest single substrate, with the most derivative outputs per row of the inventory table.

8 · Wellness-claim fact-check posture

How does the fact-check pipeline interact with Faith's role? The hypothesis: auto-check every wellness claim; Faith reviews only the flagged subset. Frees her for genuine edge cases without removing human accountability.
