Wait for GPU Image
Kokoro Blackwell build (compute 12.0) — faster TTS (~0.1s) but blocked by upstream development.
Cloud Overflow
ElevenLabs or Deepgram for overflow. $0.015-0.024/min cost. Good Phase 2 complement to CPU scaling.
